An imperialism map turns a league into a land war: every team starts with the territory nearest its stadium, and every win takes the loser's land. Play it forward and you get an empire, or a collapse.
- Replay any season game by game: watch a dynasty take the country, or lose it in three weeks
- Territory starts at the stadium: every map is built from real venue coordinates, the actual ballparks and arenas a team played in that year, not city names or state lines
- Back to 1871: MLB's very first season, the NFL from 1920, plus the NBA, the NHL, and historic leagues like the ABA and USFL. Over 150 years of seasons, every one of them explorable.
- Click any territory: see who holds it and trace every hand it passed through
- Period-accurate: the names, colors, and branding each team actually used that season, including relocations and rebrands. When a team moves, the map moves with it.
